Pricing

Priced per brokerage. Quoted in the first conversation.

No tier grid, no seat calculator. The number depends on four things about your brokerage, and you hear it in the first conversation.

There are no published tiers because per-brokerage pricing is the only honest way to quote this today.

What determines the price

Four inputs. All of them come from your brokerage, none from a rate card.

  • Number of agents

Quoted from your actual roster, not a seat band you have to grow into.

  • Active transaction volume

How many files are open and moving at a time.

  • Modules turned on

Transaction coordination, AI agents, after-hours coverage. You pay for what the brokerage turns on.

  • Connected systemsPlanned

The brokerage-authorized systems Terriv is designed to connect to. Connections are scoped with the broker during setup, and the security page lists what is built today.

What a quote includes

Every quote covers setup, not just software.

  • Onboarding with the broker

Setup runs directly with the broker, not through a ticket queue.

  • Role setup

Agent, staff, and broker permissions configured to match how the office runs.

  • Required-document policy configuration

Your document checklist per transaction type, set before the first file.

  • Direct access to the team

Questions go to the people who build the product, not a support tier.

How an evaluation runs

Three stages. Each one is opt-in.

  1. Structured demo

Every evaluation starts with a structured demo on sample data. Nothing from your files is involved.

  2. Pilot on closed files

A pilot runs on a small set of closed files. Scope, data handling, and price are agreed in writing before any file is shared.

  3. Your decision

Nothing converts automatically. There is no auto-renewal, and no card is held.
